I had a fantastic experience staying at this hotel. The location was perfect, in a very safe neighborhood with plenty of dining options, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The room service and laundry service were very convenient, and the shuttle service made getting around very easy. I particularly enjoyed the welcome drink and the fact that there was a pool and sun terrace available. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the room itself was well-appointed with everything I needed, from an in-room safe to an electric kettle and mini-bar.

The hotel was a cozy base for enjoying a fairly nice area, so close to restaurant, the main bars and restaurants, and Puebla. Had great experience, the room I stayed in was clean with the spa bath and very good beds, as example. The people working in the property were amazingly great and polite.

location: the hotel was very close to the restaurant and city center and all the areas. we went to cielo tomillo, located very close to the venue, to have some dinner.

Its location was favourable, just off the main bars and restaurants as well as several restaurants. Went to El Parrillaje for drink or two, set around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel. The room was always kept clean and available with very good beds and the spa bath in these times, for example.

I had a fantastic view from the roof terrace at JF Grand. The peaceful surrounding area was perfect for a morning run. The staff were professional and helpful. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.
